We have an immediate opening for a Site Superintendent to work together with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have the following prerequisites:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent with either a Construction Manager, General Contractor or Developer.
- Extensive experience wuth concrete, wood-frame and steel construction.
- An excellent understanding of construction materials, techniques, and sequencing.
- An excellent knowledge of the Lower Mainland construction industry.
- A commitment to jobsite safety.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel
