An opportunity arises with one of the 50 Best Managed companies in Canada.  We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5-7 years of large scale residential construction experience, particularly with 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager building concrete high rises and mixed-use buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage staff including Project Coordinators, Project Administrators, Site Supervisors
• Manage and prepare trade contracts and manage ongoing coordination with sub-trades
• Management of construction schedule, budgets and drawings updates/extras
• Key liaison with all external stakeholders including owner reps, development consultants, engineering consultants, architects, municipal officials

Requirements:

• P Eng. in Civil Engineering and/or Building Sciences or Technology diploma with relevant construction experience, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with large scale residential construction projects as a PM or Senior PM with jobs ranging in the $30-$100 Million range
• Ability to perform at a superior level under pressure and to lead and manage a diverse team of professionals
• Ability to manage multiple projects with utmost organization and efficiency
• Strong problem solving skills and solution-based approach
• Experience with Project Management software a strong asset

Compensation

• $95,000-$115,000 per annum, based on relevant experience
