Kinetic Construction Ltd. is an established General Contracting and Construction Management firm with a 25-year history of success. With offices in Vancouver, Victoria and Courtenay, Kinetic specializes in institutional, commercial, multi-unit residential, light industrial, and civil structures. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:
PROJECT MANAGER
SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Working from the Vancouver Branch Office, experienced individuals would be involved with projects up to $20 Million in value. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the individuals would work as part of a team on various projects. The ideal candidate would have:
PROJECT MANAGER
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager, with proven experience managing projects in excess of $10 Million
- Recent Experience in the local Vancouver market
- Experience managing both stipulated price contracts, as well as construction management contracts
- The ability to build strong relationships with Owners, Consultants and Trade Contractors.
SUPERINTENDENT
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Superintendent, with proven experience supervising and managing commercial and institutional projects in excess of $10 Million
- Strong understanding of building code and related local municipal requirements and trade standards
- The ability to successfully manage the site for successful outcomes in difficult situations
- Commitment to the Corporate Health and Safety Program.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of computer applications including project management, scheduling and estimating software
- Thorough knowledge of construction contracts and typical scopes of work
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team environment
